What is an Eldercare & Caregiving Consultation?
Caregiving Consultations are held in increments of 45, 60 and 90 minuets, with up to as many as three people. Within your chosen time frame, we will discuss the events that have happened, what is happening or what you may be anticipating for you, your family or loved one. No question is off limits. No topic is too taboo. Together, we will create an action plan with up to as many as 17 checkpoints so that you and your family have a roadmap to care.
What can I expect during a caregiving consultation?
Review financial, legal, medical and familial concerns and refer to specialists in your area, as needed
We will assess and manage elder care crisis that may have happened or is in progress
Dementia care evaluation, assessment, resource funding and referrals to appropriate providers
Provide tips and resources regarding home safety solutions and renovations to age in place
Identify, retain, and coordinate elder care services including home health aides, medical facilities, physicians, elder law attorneys, rehabilitation programs, assisted living, social activities, adult day programs and more
Solve problems, provide care and supportive counseling
Assess and evaluate options to relocate your loved one
